The green book

Playful Panda I gotta really love the San Diegoans for living in a perfect weather city to surf and relax so close to the ocean. I would really like to have the ability to walk to the beach and of course, to that San Diego Zoo to see those cute pandas. There are no pandas here in Chicago. (Last time I saw a panda was in the Mexico City Zoo, and she was trying to bond with her baby panda.) Now they get to enjoy it even more with a green coupon book! Yes, you heard it right, a “green coupon book” that carries coupons for local businesses. That’s music to my Blissful Seed ears! The book is very good for tourist and San Diego natives alike. It’s not your average coupon book. It cost about $25 but there’s like $1,000 worth of coupons in that little book! (Now that’s what I am talking about a smart, green city!) All of the coupons highlight discounts to benefit a green lifestyle small businesses and especially non-profits alike. The best part book give a range of handy dandy tips on where to go for farmers’ markets. This book even helps you when you are starting to be green because sometimes being green can be a bit harder and just a bit more costly, here’s a great incentive for San Diegoans to exemplify the greener lifestyle. So there you go, San Diego may just be a underdog for that Best green U.S. city competition on Green T.V. I would vote for it. The city is organizing to the help out, the environment, community, and businesses, and people are happier for it. Find out who the greenest U.S. state voted by members, green viewers, and other bloggers based on a collective community rather than how much money is speant. On June 25 the state “most green” will be featrued in USA Today.
